ASHIS B. PAL
President
Recognizing the need for specialized geospatial services in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Ashis co-founded Advanced Technology Solutions, now doing business as geographIT™, in 1990. His strong management background is directly attributable to his more than thirty-five years of experience in engineering, geospatial information systems (GIS), computer aided design and drafting (CADD) and information management systems(IMS). Ashis' industry contributions, investigative skills, analysis and conceptualization abilities have been recognized by the PA GIS Consortium and a long list of satisifed clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpore University, India. Ashis also holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Structural Engineering and one in Engineering Management, from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. His skills are dedicated to providing technical direction to the geographIT™ project teams and superior relationship management for geographIT™'s numerous clients.
BRUCE E. STAUFFER
Vice-President
Bruce is co-founder of geographIT™/ATS and offers over 25 years of technical and project management experience in mapping, information management, CADD and GIS applications. His strong analytical, communication, organizational and design skills were influential in his achievement of the 2001 Pennsylvania Award for Excellence in Geographic Information Technology. He is recognized as an expert in assessing user requirements for information management, defining data standards, developing application requirements, designing logical and physical databases, supervising technical staff and training system users. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geography from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree in geography from Syracuse University.
JESSE STAUFFER, III
Director of Information Technology
Jesse specializes in managing and developing client/server, web and wireless-based technologies. His geospatial information system career spans over 15 years, with considerable expertise in the iterative software development cycle, including analysis, coding, and quality assurance. Jesse brings a critical mix of strategic, visionary, interpersonal and technical skills to the geographIT™ team, especially in the development of integration services and the design of new software products. Currently focused on leading software engineering teams and expanding system designs, Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Physics from Millersville University in Pennsylvania. He was awarded a Masters degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University.
